Service Description

This is a motorsport UK medical. Please contact us and send us your medical form, to check we can complete your medical, prior to booking. Please ensure you bring evidence of your medical history e.g. your 'Patient Summary' which can be obtained from your NHS GP Surgery, or access to your NHS app if full records available on it. A vision test and resting ECG are included in this medical.
