To request a repeat prescription, please fill out the form below and we will be in touch within 24 hours. If approved, a maximum of one month of medications can be issued.

The repeat prescription service is for existing patients only, and only for medications already prescribed by Dr Mo. If you require more than one month supply of a repeat medication or if you wish to request a new medication or if Dr Mo wishes to review you before authorising a further repeat prescription, then a clinic appointment with Dr Mo would be required.. 

The price for a repeat prescription is £29.

Prescriptions will be sent to an online pharmacy, who can either:

​

a) deliver your medication directly to you (which means you do not need to visit a pharmacy in person) 

​

b) provide you with your prescription electronically which you can take to any pharmacy of your choice (which means you do not need to collect a paper prescription from our clinic)
